How do you make flashes like this?? I was trying all wek and I can't catch up to your skill...Do you work as a flash animator? You should quit your job as a Knifeman and be one, show them your flashes and they'll totally except you!!!you'll get alotta money!!!!

I am guessing you do a little bit of photoshopping with the graphix. But how do you go about doing the animation??? Do you tween or just go frame by frame or what? Anyway I am a guy who is new to flash so if you could give me some pointers that would be greatly apreciated.
