Exelent animation your work is really impress...
now the problems:
first try to make SF (i mean ryu) run because the moves of punchs and kicks are ok but running? (no running just a little dash)
second your problem is not the way u use the photoshop is the different ways of making character fight with other of another company (but who care this is just an animation in where character fight)
now good ones:
first good ways of making portals and special attacks is better to create new powers that normal
second and last is the perfect way of making the way of the characters talk.
so once again GRATZ man your work is one of the best animations of NG
