Sadly you have flawed this one as well.
It's obvious that you use v-cam and such just like that last.
Now here's the big problem your having, and that's continnuation errors.
When they are laying in the meadow Ryu said he was goign to retire. Well then why is he fighting again? Sakura said she just entered the tournament.
Then Akuma saves Ryu.... where was another portal formed? The one closed. Why would Akuma just jump in. It would make more sense if it was Ken, but no it wasn't.
Yet again a good fight scene, but the overall chessyness and the fact that you can't pull off an ending kills you.
you could do so much better if you would step the ending up.
