i thought it was a pretty good, im not a big follower of those games but i liked it, the 1 prob was all that lovey dovey shitty crappy stuff which couldve been done without
Great fight sequence but needs a better storyline.
Why can't the actual gamming companies get together and make something like this for the fans to enjoy? This movie was fantastic all around and came very close to being perfect but the storyline the author chose to go with wasn't very unique or believable. The opening scenes of Ryu with Sakura and Liu Kang with Scorpion where good examples of what we got from hollywood on the Doom movie...confusion and anger. You can have all the kick ass fight scenes you want in a movie but it's still a plate of warm shit if the storyline sucks. Don't get me wrong. IF THE AUTHOR OF THIS FILM IS STILL READING THESE REVEIWS:::PLEASE MAKE MORE OF THESE!!! This should be a series but you need to reboot the storyline first to something more believeable. I think Ryu could beat Scorpion but Ken can't beat Raiden. The world of MK has always expanded by invading other worlds so SF would actually be under attack from MK. I would also like to have a running list of Characters that are taken prisoner or killed or hidding while the series runs it's course. Can we see Sagat take on Goro or Bison and Shang Tsung teaming up to kill the Emperor? Those would be fights everyone would like to see. Just remember that it all has to lead up to a grand finalle.
I enjoyed it but
I have seen better then this and it comes in the form of mario bros lol. SMB DBZ seems to capture the worlds of the games it uses far better then this flash. I still enjoyed this flash for what its worth which is about a 7/10 IMO.
Good but not better
Personaly, I liked the first movie better. Well, maybe because I've never been the greatest fan of Street Fighter. But I am a fan of Mortal Kombat. The animation were clearly better and the scenaries were more colourful, but I was more interested in seeing the new face-off between Ryu and Scorpion, not the emotions and love story between Ryu and Sakura nor the reactions from Scorpion towards Liu Kang...
