Check your fandom at the door...
...casuse this is excellence, pure and simple. One of the, if not, THE best fight scene in terms of style, direction, and plain ole ass kicking. The combos are creative and exciting, especially to people who have played either SF or MK. Detractors may say things such as "he should have won" or "that would never happen" ignoring the fact that this video is more like an animated fan fiction (so the author can take liberties if they so choose). I find the story to be simplistic and to the point. It's not as though the fighting genre is filled with literary gems themselves.
Ultimately, it's the blend of fighting, music, crisp animation and sound that make this flash outstanding. If you're a fan of either series or both (as I am) then you owe it to yourself to check this out. I look forward to another SF v MK. ;-)
