That was great!
Nice use of the two game titles. You tried very hard to make a plot and i think the result is very nice. The lack of voices is a little bit deceiving in that kind of movie. However, the sounds were used correctly. There were nice transitions and good special effects (no need to say there was a lot of work behind it, you know that better than us). There were few glitches. I enjoyed the menus and text labels.
Last, but not least, you made an almost perfect combat scene which is close enough to the games while it is original (the same skills had different effects). Great work. Awesome music. This movie must be seen by anyone who enjoys sprites or good plots.

With an experienced storywriter and another talented sprite artist making his/her own original sprites working with you, you might just become a prominent figure in the underground sprite animation industry.
Pros: The action is undeniably intense. Ryu is given a new move which is the triple Shinkuu-Hadouken done about twice or thrice. That was fucking crazy, really is. He also demonstrates how the Tatsumaki Shinpuu Kyaku/hurricane kick can really come in handy with the scene where 100 hooks are thrown by Scorpion. I may be a solid hater of Mortal Kombat because of gross cliche, but this flash has totally made Scorpion look very respectable and unbiased just like Raiden, though i have to say Scorpion's a bit slower than Raiden in the previous movie, DAMN he's insane! I think Scorpion's highlight has to be his airborne multi-throw. IMO that was very out-there and unexpected (and i LOVE surprises like this one).
And on a side note, that Liu-kang gag was quite amusing. lol
Cons: The part where Gouki saves Ryu was a bit off, because he's pretty fuckin' evil and would kill Ryu as well if he so had the chance. The plot i found to be cheesy, because Ryu would reject Sakura as he's a bit of a loner. The action is a bit slowed down compared to Ken VS Raiden.
FORTUNATELY THOUGH, all of these are pet peeves of mine. Don't let that get to you. :]
My final word is that i'd like to see more of these flash movies, also encouraging you to make sprite fights starring other characters from other games like Guilty Gear when you have the chance. But for now...

Excellent job executing this one. Animation was superb. This movie was one of the few flashes were I actually felt a little suspense. And that beginning... Well, let's not try one of those ever again, huh? Also, I'm no SF fanatic, but I don't think Akuma would save Ryu. But other than these two minor flaws, great work!
