Great job, better than the first.
Could use more Ken, though. I know the first one was Ken-centric, but still. He's mentioned and then there's no followthrough. Oh well, I guess I'm just a Ken fanboy. But seriously, among the many sprite films, this series stands out.

The graphics were really great
The presentation was unbelievable
The sounds and music choice were fantastic
The style was superb, very very unique fighting with lots of variation and the scorpion edits were superb
The violence was lovely and combos Super but It could have used some blood
The story was abit sappy and ending was a let down. The build up was very prolonged too...

Perfect fight scenes.
The fighting was flawless, very smooth and slick sprite animation it puts many other to shame. The only negeative thing I can think of is the start dragged on slightly and the story was weak but that didn't really matter.
I give this flash three thumbs up!
