Time to cc this flash I'll start off with first thoughts.
First Thoughts:
>Oh wow major improvement menu from the first 'MK vs. SF2'

Final Opinon:
Was pretty good, I felt the charachters blended in more then the last 'MK vs. SF2 and you did a better job speeding up the fight a tiny bit - though it was still a little slow. But the constant use of them trying to push each other into the blast made it worth while.
9* I'd say what you could fix was,
blending them in a bit more with the background, and adding more diverse colors as you did in the scene with Ryu and his gf in his dimension.
