ebaumsworld does suck. i had some good content that i wanted to share. i offered to post it as long as he didn't put eBaum'sworld on it because it would violate my intellectual property. he wouldn't allow that so i said ****you. i say we all file a class action and take his theif ass down!!

I havent looked at the constitution lately, but isnt the first amendment freedom of speech? how does he violate the first amendment?

I really liked this flash. I've never been a big fan of eBaum. I don't doubt that he's a huge thief at all, but that's not why I don't like him... I don't like him because his sense of humor goes just a little bit too far.
I'm not at all sensitive about certain types of humor, but exploiting people who don't deserve it is absolutely disgusting.
There are many illegal things on his site- it's definitely going down eventually.
Other than that, I liked the song- very creative. Also funny.
