The first time I've watched this flash I laughed so hard I had to watch it three or four times in a row. Even now I watch it a couple of times a week and vote 5 everyday :]
I've read complaints about the lack of animation. I've always watched it with subtitles on, but one time I forgot to turn them on and it instantly looked less attractive (the intro was boring... dunno why). My advice is you turn on the subtitles by default, because it looks much better with them.
