I've had the exact same problem. I have completely e-mailed him about repeated postings of my work (i create flash for work1000) and he never replies. Finally, it took me and my friend a call to him and legal threats for him to take it off.

Okay, everyone knows about eBaum's World assaulting SA. So let's just look over the flash itself.
Graphics: Mostly hand-drawn graphics, plus some images near the beginning. Even though the art isn't super-wowzers, it works very very well. 9/10
Style: It's like a music video, but with a message. Quite awesome. 10/10
Sound: All there is for sound is a very cool and catchy song. 10/10
Violence: Eric Bauman is whipped, branded with the SA logo, and smashed in the face. Hehehehe. 10/10
Interactivity: None, but it's not needed. You can turn on subtitles, but can't turn them off. 4/10
Humor: Eric is owned in a flash. 10/10
