Spite and Malice
You know I'd say it's people like this Eric fellow who are ruining the internet by stealing whatever they like, but you can't ignore the fact that there are people letting him get away with it. But the worst of the worst, and I've seen a few examples here in these reviews, are the people who think it's not a big deal. That is the root of much evil on the internet, people who sit there and don't realize how big a deal it is. Clearly they've never had something stolen from them. Imagine having an actual, physical item stolen, and having the police completly ignore it, and people saying that it's too bad, and you just need to get over it.
Well, that's just illogical. Theft is theft, however you try to disguise it. And ebaum's world is no exception.
