I don't see why some people are ripping on ebaum.
So he goes and finds things to post on his site. Big deal. So how does that make him different from stileproject com? ...or muchosucko com? ...or badgirlsblog com? ...or any of the other sites out there that post interesting things they've found online? He's not 'stealing it to make money and getting rich' mhuah hah hah hah.... YOU all let Newgrounds make money off of your submissions for FREE. Does Newgrounds pay you EACH a fee to post your flash here? No. See? It's the same thing. Does ebaum charge a fee for you to look at his stuff? No. No one does. ...except porn sites. Does he have popups? Yes, but they all do. I don't know how you people wthout popup blocker handle all the popups HERE ON NEWGROUNDS. They're worse than ebaums ever has been. Those popup advertisers are what pay the bills at sites like Newgrounds or ebaumsworld. They have to pay the bills somehow. Have YOU ever sent money to Newgrounds for using their server space?? Probably not.
So he puts 'Hosted by Ebaumsworld' on pictures. It's called advertising. Everytime YOU right click and save othe picture so you can email it to your friends, it's lets them know where they can find it again if they want. See that box on the left side here on Newgrounds? It says 'tell a friend about this submission.' If you click it, you'll send an email to your friends, and I'll guarantee you that it'll says NEWGROUNDS on it. It's called advertising, and our beloved Newgrounds does it too.
Ebaum posted ONE file that he couldn't find the author for (cuz the author was japanese); then someone 'claiming' to be the author showed up and raised a stink. Turns out that the claimant was NOT the author, but ebaum's reputation continues to be tarnished by flashes like this. Ebaum's policy has always been that if the author comes along and requests their item to be removed, then it will be removed. What else can he do? Really.
I like ebaumsworld, and I don't have a problem with his site. I wish all the bashers would shut up unless they know what's going on. Anyone who DOES know, knows that it's isn't anything to jump around about, and thus, they're quiet.
As for this flash, it wasn't bad. It's just biased.

The difference between Newgrounds and all those other sites is that newgrounds always has permission, and if it turns out it is stolen, it's deleted instantly.
