FYI though, what ebaums does is strictly legal, and he's not actually stealing unless he is not actually hosting the files but linking directly to them, OR the files say specifically that they are either copywrited or not to be hosted elsewhere. As far as I can tell ebaums never claims to have created any of the stuff he hosts, and has stated on more than one occassion he is simply finding good internet material and show casing him. The ads he sells are not because of the items, but because he gathered togethor a clump of good material. This is the same way a newspaper isn't STEALING from sports teams when it both sells ads and reports the scores.
If ebaums has hosted something illegally, the author can take him to small claims court for $30 and it would be a pretty slam dunk case.
