u no, he hasnt technacly broken the law. its not right ethnicaly, but legaly its fine. i no ur genna give me this crap about copywrite, but those laws are quite easy to dodge. the videos are submitted by someone and they got no real way of knowing who it is, (unless they hired the guy which they probaby did. never the less, have fun proovin that one). so technically, for all they no, S.A, Fark and others could have posted the videos and thats what they "think" so it wont hold up in a court of law. they can also "think that ppl sendin emails bout steelin r not the creators. i suggest viruses (more illegal but... what can u do)
