Great flash.
I'm not disputing the fact that you can make money form stealing flash, or that it was done, but i had a look and everything seems to be linked back to the origional author, what exactly has he stolen?

Ok, look obviously you're only looking at the surface of things and giving it a wierd slant... put it this way
Say you made something yourself. You want to make a little money off it on your own website but you are also quite happy to put it on newgrounds for example to promote your hard work and perhaps if its good enough people will want to go to your site and you'll make a little money for a job well done right?
Now what if your work was made to look like it came from somewhere else ... oh say... eBaums world. Ebaum now makes money of something you did with no share of profits or credit given to your hard work. not even a link or anything to your part in it. How would you feel?
this has nothing to do with music piracy, someone who downloads a track is not giving some other person any money - unless you're a fool and use some paid for software or an add ridden program.
think of your candle reference - this neighbor isn't just lighting his candle off yours... he's taking your wax.

A direct attack
Ok. Mr. Bauman steals things. Let's establish that fact. I assume you have no problem admitting that, seeing as that was made clear in your flash.
Let me also Establish this. I steal. I pirate music, which is illegal. Not to make assumtions, but I imagine that I am not the only one who does this. I also assume that you would agree with me on this point as well.
Also, one of the previous reports said that they don't have a problem with it because it doesnt affect them. You referred to this (on a much lesser scale) as rape not being a problem because you don't get raped.
You attack Mr. Bauman because he has, as clarified at the end of your flash, posted a direct attack against your website.
I believe that you are argueing the wrong point. Agree or Disagree, it is clear that you hate Mr. Bauman for being a thief, and making millions off of his website. If you wish to condem Mr. Bauman, do so not based on his theivery, because then your condeming not only this man, but me, and millions of people around the world.
Personally, I do not have a problem with the hosting of his site. It may be wrong the way he does it, according to the law, but I hold to the beliefs similar to those Thomas Jefferson had about Patents.
He referred to it as this.

I cannot disagree with Mr. Ebaum for this, and I feel that neither should you.
What he does may be illegal, but so is song pirating, and its still done.
I don't feel that anything will be done, and I feel that you know that as well.
In my opinion, if you are to make an attack on his site, do so using the direct attack on your site.

P.S. Please clarify the difference between the direct attack he made against your site, and the direct attack this flash makes on his site. That may aid in my understanding, as well as other peoples understanding.

You're logic is flawed on every level, seeing as you said because people get away with other illegal things he should too.
Not to mention the fact that you don't make money off of illegal downloading CDs.
P.S. it was a physical attack he made on SA wasting bandwidth by calling data using malicious code. This is illegal.
Our "direct attack" was spreading the word of what he did, which is not illegal at all.

I love this but hate you're site
The site is stupid pay $10 to get an account but this flash is fucking awesome! I have hated this guy for so longe but never made a flash for becuse I never get the time now seeing this there are other people that hate this site as well as I do.
