Ok, look obviously you're only looking at the surface of things and giving it a wierd slant... put it this way
Say you made something yourself. You want to make a little money off it on your own website but you are also quite happy to put it on newgrounds for example to promote your hard work and perhaps if its good enough people will want to go to your site and you'll make a little money for a job well done right?
Now what if your work was made to look like it came from somewhere else ... oh say... eBaums world. Ebaum now makes money of something you did with no share of profits or credit given to your hard work. not even a link or anything to your part in it. How would you feel?
this has nothing to do with music piracy, someone who downloads a track is not giving some other person any money - unless you're a fool and use some paid for software or an add ridden program.
think of your candle reference - this neighbor isn't just lighting his candle off yours... he's taking your wax.
