I like ebaumsworld, but
I'm grading this flash from an arbitrary point of view. Its well done, nothing special in graphics in style, but you can tell it is well produced. The humor is so-so, but its a catchy song and clear.

To the person who couldn't see why that would be detrimental, the point is that he's making money. The people who MADE those things are NOT making money. It's not a matter of him showing their art. It's the fact that he's exploiting it. It's illegal. It's unethical. It's being a jackass.
And it's about as right as killing puppies. You don't like killing puppise, do you? Think of the puppies.

I thought it was a very good flash; good animation sound etc.
However, I do not agree with the point you are making; the eBaums World website is promoting the work of flash artists and surely thats not a bad thing?
You haven't made it clear how eBaum's World benefits from this financially, the way I see it the flash artist's are better off because more people will see their work.

It would be promoting others work if he gave any credit, which he doesn't.
