I completly disagree with oct, its not the authors fault its eric baums
actually what hes doin is illegal but what we could do is find his email and email as many mailicious codes as possible and threaten with more until he submits and agrees to shut down his website and give the proper currency to each author
but..for some reason whenever i try to get in to ebaums i get sitracted with porn or it sends me to a porn site
or....in the illusion section theirs somethin that can cause a seizure but doesnt have a warning, someones goin to have to fake seizure and sue him

but actually, the main problem is:
artists submit their work to low-security websites. (Power-fusion is really secure, Newgrounds is pretty secure and Flashplayer is half-secure)
random people simply come and take it, submit it to different sites.
so if you were to blame ebaum only, you havent looked at GPrime, albino blacksheep, etc.
and if you press "remove flash" on the site, it will send an e-mail to ebaum, not PHP programming, and you might want to make him verify somehow that you are the artist. So since its' e-mail, it takes a long time to remove it.
Solution: make the .swf file put in a new window, and so that you can't right-click the background, f11 closes the window (in flash) and make the window non-resizable.
however, i would say ebaum is responsible for not checking copyrights.
