Not really stellar, but I've watched it four times now and I still find it hilarious.
While some of the mouthing appears to be thrown together a little haphazardly, you have to appreciate the work put into pasting and cutting the various scenes from the show together.
I wouldn't recommend this to anyone who hasn't seen the first season. While it provides a humorous summary, it only does so if you've already seen season 1 of Lost, and people new to the series might not get the jokes, or understand what's going on.
All in all, it was a very average animation, but very good for a laugh.
(p.s. When Saiyid was thrown into space, my brother and I freaked out! That part was awesome!)

I feel there's something to be said for intentionally crappy animation, especially when applied to a show with such high production values as Lost. It enhances the silliness and lowers expectations, so sections like Sayid's journey into space seem that much more impressive. It's all about dynamics, and saving the big punches for the climax.
