Good job with only one or two flaws
This animation was pretty funny. The only problem was that the main menu button at the end of a skit wouldn't send us back to the start, and we'd have to right click and rewind. If you fix that, this is pretty well off. Good job.

This was kinda neat with all the strange and odd variations of animations, but it was a very large size, maybe 5 animations would have been better, but as for the flash it was amazing like your style...
~~THINGS TO IMPROVE ON~~
You may want to compress the file as it was abit larg and for users with 56k such as myself might have issues with downloading the file, just something to think about when the file gets that big...
