Nice flash man. Routine is deffinatly one of my largest fears, and I'm sure if routine ever struck me like that I'd handle it the same way, lol, come to think of it I have handled it like that in the past only I didnt get fired, dont know why though. Good stuff man, keep it coming.

The script is good, the animation (in particular towards the end) was good, I like your style, it's crisp and it puts it's message across. The music, reflecting upon the previous comment reflects the whole animation very well indeed, you made an excellent choice.
