Well, if a fetus could have the ability to think at that level, I suppose that might be what it might think. Though I don't know how it would know what flowers were without ever seeing one, or what death would be when that's something a child at the age of 6-8 can only begin to fully understand (even if you teach it at a younger age, they don't have the ability to fully comprehend till about that age).
Animation was well done, sound was good, and it made me chuckle (though I'm sure it made some people get all weepy).

I'll leave the subject matter alone as it's the kind of topic that boils down to opinion and they never end well. I'll just comment on the actual work instead:
Graphics were pretty good and cute, the sound was not annoying which is a bit of a trick for a mock baby voice and was definitely watchable. You did however typo 'Dec' into 'Dev' on one of the diary headings though.
Good flash, but don't be surprised if the subject matter results in flaming.
