To be perfectly honest, I really liked it. You can think of the ending in 2 ways;
1) The mother does an abortion
2) The mother commits suicide with the undelivered baby still inside
The only problem is the fetuses voice, had trouble hearing what it said.

Back in 1980 I used this "story" in a high school report, my teacher was none to happy with it. Fast forward to today and I must be a sick-o because I found this hilarious.
