This was (of course a bit shorter than a 3-hour major motion picture) extremely accurate to the lord of the rings theme. Fantastic work. Music, narration (with an awesome spin on newgrounds) even the epic fight scene was well-made. I smiled through the whole thing.

It's apparent you've watched LOTR more than a couple dozen times (Nothing wrong with that, other than I pity to poor worn-out DVD disc, lol)
Your 'camera' work is amazing, and animation is smooth and quite well done, and the scenes are pretty much a Xerox of the LOTR movies. Splendid, splendid work!
I truly hope you will be able to carry the whole clock-vote thing parallel to the LOTR story line. It was a wonderful parody, from an animator who is single handedly saving the reputation of the "Clock Crew" Kudos!
I did watch it quite a few times and then I stopped - not only was it making this part of the movie a bit too literal, but also the last thing I'd want to do is make myself tired of seeing it. So, part 1-1b will not be so rigidly similar, with regards to camera angles and such.
