Wikipedia was your source, huh?

When I first saw this on newgrounds' front page, I was interested in what you were going to make a point about the shootings. Unfortunately, you disappointed me greatly with the inaccuracies of this animation. During your credits, I found out why this is so far off of the truth.

I like Wikipedia. I really do. But when you depend on it for the main source before you go off and make an animation that, so far almost 50,000 people are going to watch, I get a little upset. If you actually care about learning anything about Columbine, I suggest you read 'No Easy Answers' by Brooks Brown. Of course, because you didn't read that, you made up bullshit to fill in the holes of what you assumed happened on that day.

First off, you didn't even scratch the surface of the 'why' question. The character 'Dane' in your animation, which is a character meant to portray Brooks, DID NOT see Eric and Dylan in bulletproof vests and carrying guns when he left after 4th hour Chinese philosophy. He saw them dressed in their somewhat usual attire, black clothing. They had bulletproof jackets underneath, and they were carrying their weapons in duffelbags.

Second, you didn't get the video games deal. Third, you missed the mark on the 'Do you believe in God'. I'd love to tell you why, but my 4096 character limit is about up.

Horribly inaccurate.

To the author/creator: I've taken it that you've seen the movie Elephant, no? It's blantly obvious that you modeled this work over that movie. Furthermore, that movie was based VERY loosely on Columbine. The way you've marketed this film is in a way that "This is Columbine. This is what happened. This is the truth." And it only takes a quick glance at the other reviews here to see that people actually believe that. Unbelievable.

Autumn Tree has so many inaccuracies, I really find it difficult to watch.

I will gladly go into detail and correct your mistakes in an effort to stop you from furthering contributing to the lies and misinformation that surround the Columbine Massacre. But before I do, I'd like to see if there's interest, so I don't wate my time.

These kids weren't bullied around!

One was a psychopath and the other one was a misdirected and depressed young man. The psychopath wanted to make history like Hitler made history in WWII. He wanted to be remembered. Their motives are already known. Psychiatrists already made their conclusions by what they were doing in their computer and what they wrote. Learn more about the Columbine Tragedy instead of just watching a few videos.

I know you think you know it all and you're always right, but do some more research pal. This movie made you look like a fool.

that sucks so bad for the people involved

ok i think what happened on the day sucked for all the people that were involved. I didnt watch all of this film because i didnt want to see all of it. I know those guys were some messed up kids and even though they were bullied, the people they killed had no reason to die. If i were there that day i would have been scared shitless and if you dont know the story this will tell you. 2 basicly bullied, tortured kids who decided to shoot up a school and to kill innocent people... I gave this a 1 because i dont like the subject. MAKE PEACE NOT WAR!! i think that subject is just such a disturbing subject.
