Bane of the evil shits...

I loved killing those ugly-as-sin orcs, but there's always trouble when I get to Level 12. The dark spellcaster and the demon are next to impossible to kill. I send out my 3 strongest at the moment, (dwarf, elf, rohan rider), but the spellcaster and demon flatten them in about 2 seconds and then I have no money to buy better warriors, all I can buy are soldiers and soldiers that the orcs have already killed. Then they get killed on the first hit and I have nothing, so I lose. What's up with the insane difficulty?

I enjoyed it, but I couldn't stand how you can't actually engage the main body of troops with your main character, you might as well not even have him. Also, the enemy archers are too deadly.

Tedious, but gorgeous.

All you do, even through level 20 is a series of timed space bar pushes and numpad smashing is constant. Thats's it. You win. But give you a 7 for the potential, and the very nice, although somewhat cute graphics.

I was pretty confused by this. It said I did not have to worry about killing any orcs, but I did. What happened was that I attacked some orcs and they killed all my men and went away. Oh well, I guess people are just better at playing this than I am. I have to give you credit for having good graphics. There are a lot of LOTR games out there, huh.

The sounds and music are quite nice. I'm thinking I may have to move to a certain part of the screen. There probably could have been some more detail in it. For the most part, it manages to hold up pretty well. It's weird, but not that bad.
