Not funny
Not meaning to be a troll, but, it just wasn't funny. Im not bashing you, personally I thought that the other Declines were great. Running out of material? Trying too hard with the jokes? Im hoping the next one will be better.

NO!!! WHY WHY WHY!! YOU HAD TO HAVE THE DSP IN IT I WAS GONNA MAKE A FLASH CALLED DSP WHY! IT WAS GOOD EXCEPT DSP AND THAT RUINED MY OVERALL SCORE but i have a question where did you get the ds and psp sprites?

all the animations and graphics were really well done. a big improvement over the last decline. the half-assed storyline with the family guy flashbacks does actually work well for a basis for a funny animation.
unfortunetly, this isn't funny. i cannot understand how this is in the top 50. i didn't laugh one single time. i like video games, i like random humor...this isn't funny! im guessing not many people will agree with me, but im not sure why. maybe it's because i don't play video games all the time like i used to? i don't know. i found everything in this RIDICOUSLY predictable. haha samus is gonna lose her powerups because she does everygame it's FUNNYCUZIT'STRUE! not always - not if you don't tell it right.
this might be funny for 14 year olds whose lives revolve ENTIRELY around video games and are dumb enough to not see any of this coming, but this was a complete waste of my time.

A literal no brainer with boring 1 liners.
While I considered the actual graphical content to be pleasing, the execution was not so hot. The jokes were placid and lame and there didn't seem to be much energy to anyones performance. And considering their initial reaction to the PSP was it had a "range of games," makes me wonder where in the world they're picking theirs up, cause last I checked, everything was crap. I think, however, with a bit more unity and energy, this has potential. Perhaps have someone ghost write it.
