I liked it, but...
...it needed better voice acting. There were too many "punchlines." It needed more situational comedy like in th MGS musical part.

Not the best, but good...
I can see you put some serious time into updating the graphics... but after Decline2 and xMas, it was hardly necessary. The slight change in style was distracting, and i felt the writing had suffered a bit as well in originality and humour. Don't get me wrong, I liked it a lot, but out of the 4 Decline episodes out now (including XMas), Decline3 is only superior to the original.

quite good, although you could make fun of the psp because the first game line-up for it is crap.
