This is a true testament to flash movies.
It really is!
The graphics are absolutely beautiful and very smooth, easily some of the best animation work I've seen. Tom running from the fireball and Dim and Tom running from the robot in the background were alittle jerky, but aside from that it was all awesome!
The sounds and voices were all very impressive, the 4 of you as well as Egoraptor do your jobs very well. All of the voices for the characters work really well, plain and simple. Aside from some slight stuttering when Capcom says "So..." when they're in the janitor's closet, everything else is solid.
Violence is never a make-or-break factor for me when it comes to flash movies, so it didn't matter to me that there wasn't much....I didn't even mind Tom not getting burned, it was more fun to watch him running from fire all the time. I'm also glad that, like Decline Christmas, you added a scene selection menu, all lengthy flash movies could use that!
Now for the humor....Alot of people seem to think that in terms of humor, this is your worst Decline yet....I would have to disagree. True, the originals are always the funniest, but this one is by no means boring. A few jokes are recycled, but who HASN'T done that before? Running gags make things interesting at times anyway. All of the absurd game parodies made me laugh or chuckle, and the whole movie in general was funny; your timing and execution was great.
This movie deserves such a high score; it's easily one of the most amusing flash movies I've seen to date. I hope you'll all continue to make more!

Your animations seem to be getting better
I enjoy watching this series, and found many jokes I can actually relate too. However, I notice one problem that seems to stand out a lot. The rate of the jokes seems rather slow, and it tends to make me get bored of watching it. Another minor problem is that the style almost (as far as flashbacks go) seem to mimic Family Guy, but It's probably just me. Like I saw in other reviews, there was some repitition of old jokes, but I didn't find that much humor in them. Graphics are really good, but it tends to slightly glitch up at some scenes such as the scenes where Tom runs away from a fireball or the similar sillouhette of the robots chasing you guys, well for me anyway. Sound is good, but at times, volume seems to be awkward and if you listen closely, there is some static.
Final Statement:
Speed up the jokes to make the viewer lose interest, speed does matter.
