Oh God!
I love you guys. You bring original, well-drawn hillarity to Newgrounds dot com. This was an excellent movie, and I can't wait to see more from you. You should really come online more often though. >:(

Well...
Graphics - What can I say, they are more than decent. Not the best possible but still you can't complain.
Style - You guys had an original idea from the very start so this doesnt change throughout the whole series. You need to try harder to make new jokes though.
Sound - Great sound quality... thats all there is to that.
Violence - Ok the explosions were lame... really lame, but the fireballs were funny.
Interactivity - Taking the time for a preloader is great, not to mention being able to pause and select scenes.
Humor - Not my particular brand of vodka, plus the repetition of the jokes as i've mentioned needs some work... you could have used a MILLION other games to find material from, but sticking with the well knowns I can respect.
Hmm I'm not reviewing Decline 3...
I'm reviewing Decline as a whole, since you said that this was probably it for it.
Decline 1: Original and fresh. I still find myself laughing at "What about Metal Gear Solid 5? That had it's moments." Definatly a good flash, but I felt it could have been improved on.
Decline 2: The best Decline, easily. First of all, it's E3, secondly, the introduction of the three evil producers and the different, yet similar game spoofs. Examples include the Final Fantasy Online spoof, Nintendo DS, Resident Evil etc etc.
Decline Christmas: Definatly funny, turned the "OHMYGODI'MONFIRE!" joke into a running gag, and had a few other good jokes. An enjoyable watch.
Decline 3: For the longest time I couldn't place what happened here. I mean I liked it, I seriously did, but I didn't watch it near as many times as I watched( And still do) Decline 2. Why? It was too long and for the most part alot of the jokes had been done before. I think that the best idea you ever had was the Final Fantasy Online part, cause that was hillarious, but for some reason the other parodies in Decline three, while funny, just lacked something.

So... when will the be on TV?
This is a pretty creative series so far. The jokes are basically things everyone's heard time and time again, but actually seeing them being played out in a Flash movie makes them much more enjoyable to see. The graphics are pretty well done - close to perfect, and the character voices and sound effects were also done well. There were only a few spots (IE: When Nightmare is saying "Souls" over and over again...) where I felt like there needed to be a bit more sound or some background music to set the mood.
All in all, a job well done! I sincerely hope there's a Decline 4 in Newground's future. ^-^
