This is a funny flash. I'm glad its not underrated ( I hope it isnt ^^;) I've been watching all of the declines, including the christmas, but this is the best by far (IMO). Whoever doesnt give this a 10 doesnt know funny and or about games.
P.S. Soul Calibur 3/ MGS: Snake Eater, best games ever.

they all were great, only one question though, is there gonna be a decline 4? (not counting decline christmas)

Varies quite a bit with the sounds, from loud to soft, but overall pretty good.
