Someone comes out with a good game, so other people jump on the bandwagon and make games just like it now? In the very least, you could have made an improved version with new features and more interesting side notes. I blammed it, but I'm sure there'll be plenty of morons that like this soundless, pointless, redundant piece of trash.

The difference is, this was created completely dynamically, with a low filesize the main target. Yes, I know it's similar to Kitty Cannon; but that wasn't the first game of its type.

I have to agree with Frase on this one. It is a complete rip off of Kitty Cannon and personally, I think Kitty Cannon is WAY better! First, because it has sound. There is no reason why you couldn't have put even a LOOP in there and even streamed it to keep the file size down. It would at least be a LITTLE MORE entertaining while we wait for 5 minutes before our balls come to a complete stop. That's another thing; why not tune down the gravity and friction and whatnot? Do you need to make the heights and distances such extremes? The *LUCK* on what you hit would be the same, just not as far. I'm thinking something like 1000-1500 metres would be an average score, not 65,000!!
Yea I gave it a 3 ("Nothing too new or interesting") because it really isn't that new or interesting. I'm not saying you copied Kitty Cannon in any way (because you can make the same type of game and as long as you customize it a bit then it's your *unique* game no matter what). I'm just saying that you made the same type of game, but Kitty Cannon beat it tenfold. Keep trying though!
Firstly, Kitty Cannon was NOT the original version of this type of game. There was 'Bloody Pingu Throw' a while before that, and probably other 'throwing games'.
I already explained the reason for the lack of sound. YOU try making a game like this, with sound, and keeping the filesize under 10k.

I did NOT copy Kitty Cannon. This was coded from completely scratch. I would have though as a Flash user, you would have been able to tell that. I guess you're just not advanced enough yet.
As for originality, in this game, you THROW the ball. That's a big difference in gameplay from using a cannon or bat to create the trajectory/speed.
Record almost impossible to beat!
A game with hardly any depth at all. the ball is memorizung though.

Soap Opera?
Ironically, watching the scoreboard soap opera surrounding this game was more fun than playing the game itself. No scoreboard will be secure as long as you trust the client to send you vital game data. Oldest multiplayer game design rule in the book. ^_^
