Funny, but too short
I think that's all that I felt was lacking, was how long it was. I dont know how you could have possibly made it longer, there wasnt too much more to add on after the little dog stopped squirming.
I don't know why but I personally really liked the choice in background music. It was light and almost playful seeming, which was a good contrast to what was happening to the chihuahua. I felt the music made it funnier, in my oppinion.
It almost felt like one of those online cards you send to people, as if some writing should have come up at the end, something corny or clever. But over all, I really liked it. Keep it up.
