there is a storyline
just as many ppl think, CCC is not something random, for those few of us bilinguals who are able to read vinnies comic in his site, theres some sort of storyline going there, and there could be MANY things going on there, but his comic bases on a teenage like guy named lucio who travels with his father to the city of CCC (what seems to be the largest metro city in that world) supposedly to learn and train, cause according to vinnie CCC is the city of all the opportunities, then lucio happens to stomp into a lot of ppl during his period in CCC.
this is just to explain CCC is just not random and meaningless, its just a city like any other, just created by someone... vinnie veritas.

Vinnie Veritas always creates spectacular flash animations! Rush 2++ seemed to slow down the frantic pace from Rush++, but when a sequel looks this good, that's hardly noticeable.
