Well, guess it's good for first try
Ok, firstly, I'll go back and review your first one in a sec. Secondly, sorry that your brother died. However, the main point of these reviews are for you to improve on your animation so the dedication to your brother will play no part as to what I'll say
Graphics: The colours seem to be monotonal. You can do more by mixing colours and playing with shades to add more dimension and realism to your art. Camera movement are awkward and do not flow smoothly. You'll need more frames in between moves in order for a better flow. Objects such as buildings/clocks etc. lack dimension as well so generally, work more on perception for objects to look more 3D and real. Same goes with the people. As for the walking movements, they are unnatural. Even when the people is suppose to stop, they continue to glide across the screen which looks quite funny.
Style: Well, it's not very original. It's pretty much the same style you see with every HK flash anime. I don't think I can give you much advice on originality. You'll just have to experiment and find that out yourself.
Sound: Now, this is probably what irks me the most. US ACCENT?? When I heard that, my first reaction is, "Is this your real voice?" Also, I doubt that all Cantos can speak perfect English and if you're deliberately voicing the characters in English just to appeal the English audience - PLEASE DON'T. It seldom works. I would prefer listening in Canto with subtitles as this will keep the true original FEEL of the story and its environment. It's more refreshing. Think of "Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon" dubbed in English - does it work? It doesn't. The same goes for here. Yes, there have been past foreign animations getting some bad reviews b/c it's not English and has subtitles but that's all from narrow-minded people who are incapable of making any constructive comments/arguments. I'd say, ignore any such potential comments if that was what made you voice this in English in the first place. I'm sorry to say that the voice acting was not good at all and is what killed this flash the most
Overall, I say a good job for your first time at making a flash but you can do a lot better to improve this and make it more worthwhile. I'm sorry if I wasn't as compassionate as most high-raters here but as I've said, these reviews are meant to give you advice for improvement.
P.S. The ending quotes that you've placed in Chinese are beautiful. It's a pity though that non-Chinese speakers cannot understand it. Subtitle it - as hard as it is to translate Chinese into English. And again, PLEASE voice it in Canto (or whateva language you spoke during those years with your brother). It will make this animation more enjoyable.
