The overall quality of the entry was pretty good. However, it didn't seem to go anywhere...and in fact; in my opinion, it was kinda boring. But overall it was good.

Hmmm...
Great song. I would have loved to hear the full version of it. To be honest, the animation wasn't great. Quite Joe Cartoon like. It was quite simplistic and the outlining was very bulky. Maybe you wanted it like that, but i think it could have done with a little improving. Also, it seemed a little jumpy in places. I don't know whether thats my computer or the flash but whatever it was, it spoiled my enjoyment of it. However. I still found it funny and the sound and song was great.
You've got almost everything right but try to improve in the detail of your animation. Then it would be perfect.
