Well , i liked that the little ninjas was a little bit "cute" and when he made the backflip in the wall. But other than that it was to much matrix ^^ (But most things today is)

Your character design isnt too shabby , and dont use cliche ideas EVER. But , the animations rather good and smooth. You should try getting ideas from other media rather than just the movies =V

It was pretty good but I think you sjould of given some credit to Kung Foo Hustle, with the flting palm technique and all. Also I think when the wooden staff was twisted and split is from Shaolin Soccer.
