Reviews for "Do Us Part"

excellent, my fine feathered friend

wow. wonderful little animaiton. really touches on a lot of the aspects of people. touching movie that shows just how much one little sign of affection can drastically change someones life. if i could, i would add applause into this thing.. but, sadly, i cannot. so i will give you digital applause instead. (applause)

Outstanding!

Short, sweet, conveys the story completely with no dialogue or narration - a fantastic achievement! The sound effects were SUPERB.

...I want to give her a hug :(

Woah... touching.

This is one of the most beautiful and touching flash I've ever seen here. I dropped my jaw to the floor when I saw her fall and I was actually thinking "Oh no... she jumped...". You've expressed her feelings (or I don't know if they are your emotions in some sort, you never know) in a dramatic kind of way which is good. It's really touching. Why? Because these things happen daily. They are reality.

The title made me think of the flash "Till Death Do Us Part" which is also able to be seen here on Newgrounds, but I'm glad to see that this movie handles a totally different situation.

And as for all those childish reactions like 'She should have jumped" or "I wanted her husband to save her and fuck her real hard", they come from kids. Twelve year-old kids who just found their way to Newgrounds and puberty. Twelve year-old kids who just found out how to jerk themselves off when they feel like it. Twelve year-old kids... and it is they that should get blammed, not this flash.

So rest assured, your flash handles the entire situation well and it touched me deeply. Actually, after resuming this whole review, I can easily say that this is no flash, it is a work of art.

I'd love to see some more of your work in the nearby future.

ShockTsunami responds:

Thanks for the sincere response. I'm trying to take all of the kids' reviews with... well, nah, I'm just ignoring them for them trying to explore their personas through bashing what they don't understand and trying to apply some kind of an "emo" template to my work.

I'm very pleased that I can get the kind of response that I did from people like you, and I appreciate the feedback. I am very much encouraged to make more movies in the future. Thanks again!

i loved it

Touching. Much of a masterpiece.
