Not really an animation.....

Well, I can see why the girl was going to cut herself at the ending scene because of her husbands death, i relize that. But, if you showed more animation other than her opening a bottle of "Sleep Aid" and throwing it at a mirror. not to get you down, the graphics were great, i tell you that right now. Put some more animation in your work instead of flashes going to picture to picture.I'm really sensitive, but i didn't shed a tear for this movie.So overall, the graphics were good, but it lacked animation.

Numerous Flashes with the Same Idea

There are many flash videos that are reaching frontpage. Those videos are exactly like this. I'm kind of sick of seeing these type of videos that "touch" people reaching front page. On graphics, you got a 6. You had great skills, but when the black out happened, I thought it ended, so I accidently exited out when the next scene appeared. You also could have added some eyes, the whole eyes being covered with hair is kind of overused and related to anime, which I do not prefer much of. On style, you got a 4. The originality of this was definitely low. There are a lot more flash exactly like this, to name a few: .hurt., Stop Crying - Part 1, Girl meets Robot, etc. I don't know if I'm allowed to list these but there are a great handful of flash movies like this that there isn't any originality into making this. Either Tom loves these type of videos, or that NG has been hacked by emo loving people. (I have nothing against emo people, I have a friend who has a friend that is emo, and he's cool.) The sounds, well the music was perfection as I might say. Violence 0, Interactivity 0, Humor 0, and finally overall: 6.

Pretty much, good job. I want to admit this, I'd like to see a different genre of flash on the frontpage.

Good morals, bad timing

People who kill themselves like that should report to some national database when they are going to do it, where and how. So cleanup is quick and easy, loved ones can reach closure faster and so I (or other people) can have sex with thier dead bodies if I (or they) so choose too. Don't get on me about defiling thier bodies because it's apparent they really didn't want themselves anyway so why not let other people have them? Killing youself isn't an efecctive way of population control and its a needless cry for self attention, people should be more searous about it too if they are going to. This girl needs to learn not to whine so much and if she is so searous about killing herself she should enlist in the marines (or armed forces of choice) so they can hurry along that process for her. So this film should quit giving a side of glory to suicide and just not exist. Oh *but* a refreshing and unique take on the animation is used, it was nice how the girl/significant other was faceless to it can represent pretty much anyone making it a universal message that can be related to.
