OMFG its a trap!
my god this was fun! and the mini-game modes made this game go from regular good all the way up to MEXELLENT! soo... let see... the game itself was very VERY badass! the mission mode is basically walking you through some easy objectives and fighting some varied enemies that you cannot tell are varied. I got my health critical on a regular basis but it was fun all the same...
tip for grenades: the mouse determines the strength of the throw as well as the trajectory so experiment!
reccomendations for a sequel:
boss characters with big weapons
more develloped storyline
more difficult mission mode
2 player VS
use sprites (real hard) or hand drawn characters (instead of sticks)
spears instaid of poles (spears can be baddass! ask ancient china!)

This game was....omfg. It consumed me for a couple hours.
But I'd still like to keep this review constructive. The fighting was excellent, with a lot of moves and the weapons were awesome. The graphics and animations of explosions and shit were wonderful. The sound was crisp and flawless.
But I think I'd like to note some things that would round off the rougher edges. I think there should definately be more levels in the adventure mode, because it ended far before the fun ran out. But the levels were enjoyable and packed with fun, really thoroughly entertaining. Also, the survival and tournament modes provided something to do afterwards with your dumb ass. But, complaints with fighting are as follows: blocking should be included. It should be noted that usually in fighting games, survival modes have increasing difficult. Yours didn't, because you were well aware that even the most flawless fighting strategy would make you lose life, so there was no need to make it progressively more difficult. Some animations on fighting/running were a little goofy. Could have added in evasions and technical stuff for depth. Otherwise, perfect, perfect, perfect. SEQUEL!
