A beautiful and moving masterpiece

Like many before me, I wanted to compliment you on your excellent artwork and story telling. I also wanted to point out a couple of things to those who may be a bit clueless in their views on this submission.

This isn't a "buy my peanuts, they have fish in them" thing.
This isn't a "too much glorification of nature" thing.

This is a story. Yes, it deals with the circle of life aspect of nature, but it is centered around the life story of these fish. (Yeah, stop reading if you haven't watched it yet)

The fish swim along happily until confronted by dangers. The entire school sticks together and struggles through the hardships of life- be they fish, octopus, etc. In the end, they survive the dangers of the sea only to find that their world is dying, shrinking around them. Through all their valiant efforts of survival, they die anyway.

Now, the point of all this is.. that even though they died, their lives were still meaningful. The tree took heart at seeing the fish like this, and encapsuled them, growing them into the peanuts. In this way, they can live on and share their story with anyone willing to listen.

I absolutely loved this piece. Thank you for this beautiful story.

Like Nothing Else on Newgrounds...

Well let me start by saying wow...excellent work, it's most definitely a unique submission.

Your background visuals were stunning, but I couldn't help but notice that the character art seemed to be sub-par, maybe this is your approach, but it appeared that you spent much more time on perfecting your backgrounds, and less time on the character design.

I did enjoy your smoothness in the animation, the leaf descending at the beginning was beautiful, it flowed smoothly with the music.

To sum it up, great great job, your animations are quickly becoming masterpieces. Keep 'em comin'!

WOW! i amazing, best picture and graphics.

i do wish they would make the vote 1-10 instead of 1-5, it would make things easier, you guys who created this should get an award, or an emmy, or nobel prize. show it off to whoever made the lionking

Fascinating

I didn't know that people could do flash so amazing. I am amazed by this animation. I got lost in the deep storyline and wathched it a thousand times. I still haven't got bored of it. I cried when the little fishes died. I liked the chase, reminded me of an indie anna jones style thing.
I am glad that i found this and that people still believe that lots of blood violence and loud music aren't that great. this is my favourite animation ever.
