Review of Flash Video
Put it this way, this movie was so good that I joined newgrounds just to rate it.
Now to the review.
Your movie was extraordinary, it offered so much that other movies cant even get close to. I liked many of the sound effects that you used throughout the movie as well as the music. It also offered some great backgrounds that spiced the theme of the movie. And to finished the batch, it a great story to it. Ill be glad to review any of your work.

I can't really think of anything to say really. I do think this movie is amazing in terms of animation and sound. I want to crush that pixie! Helping people for free? Is he being controlled or does he have a mind of his own?

The backgrounds were amazing.
Probably one of my favorite parts of this. The animation could not be any smoother, and it shows that you have skill with gradients. The writing was miminal, but it was there, and satisfyingly got a point across as well. I didn't really like the character design of Nim. He was animated well and all, I just didn't like how he looked. I am amazed, though, that I haven't watched this until now. Overall, it's evident that you have reached your goal: relying heavily on mood and atmosphere to bring the story more to life.
This also brought to mind about how really well animated movies like this end up. A lot of people might say that these movies have no storyline. Storylines don't have to have dialogue in them. Simple body language sometimes tell the story better than any talking at all. This, There She Is!!!, and the Brackenwood series all face this problem. Loaded with good graphics to get strong body language into the story when some are too dense or stubborn to motice how important it actually is. Then those people have to go ranting on about how there's absolutely no storyline and that it's just crappy eye candy.
I'm done ranting myself, now. Good job on making this flash, I hope to see more of your work!

that was the most well done animation i have ever seen on NG...like you said it wasn´t much action but it was really "relaxing" to see :)

This movie was great. I loved the animation and the storyline was archetypical and heartfelt. The character expressed himself nicely and the music was fitting. I especially liked the scene where he flies down the snow-covered hills on his sled only to launch himself off what is seemingly a cliff... Just so he can land safe and sound on the other side. Wonderful work.
