Beautiful.
It feels so warm and fuzzy and *nice*. Nim's little dream was somewhat random but otherwise it really is a fine piece of work.

I really like this one.. You done a great job portraying the 3 dimensionality of your characters.. especially the horse and the little guys face. Thats great considering flash doesn't have much in the way of 3D.. Great contribution. ONe of my personal top 10..

the best part of this movie has to be the atmosphere it creates through the visuals/animation, characters, environment, music etc.
the other great part of this film is the imaginative world. to me, it seems like a sort of fairy tale world, or something, and it also gives a really christmas-y feel, obviously cause of the snow lol.
overall, excellents work - animation, sound, pacing, characters, storyline - everything was done well.
I was moved, very touching.
The trees, snow, dark atmosphere, the sky, everything was beautiful, it was fit for a tail such as this, graphics I give a 10, they looked very advanced too, especially when Nim was looking off into a distant view, how the camera's eye turned angles very fluidly, nice touch.
I give style a 10, it was original in alot of ways, good job, something different on Newgrounds.
Sound I give a 10, the music was peaceful and relaxing, it went well with the flash movie, and the characters as well, since Nim seemed to be the innocent type, especially other characters.
Interactivity I give a 2, because you could select a few things from the main menu, and the ending menu.
Humor I dub a 2, because I thought it was funny, how Nim was being bombarded by snowballs from little dark imps, and finally Nim got a smile on his face, and threw a snowball actually hitting one of the imps, making it cry, it likes to throw snowballs, but doesn't like to get hit huh? Haha.
Overall I give you a 10, its a great piece, and I'm glad I watched it, and it did deserve all of the credit and rewards it recieved on this site.
There was something I wondered about, like for example, why would Nim go through the trouble to lock up his home going on a night out in the woods, and just leave the key hanging on a latch outside right next to the door?
Another pixie could break in, but I guess all pixies are innocent, and they wouldn't concieve of such a thing, maybe the lock is good enough for those little dark imps, and they couldn't reach the key.
I liked how you tricked us viewers at first, into thinking that Nim traveled to a house, that was for people his stature, the way you had the camera and drawings set up, that fooled me, then when Nim gets closer, its really a giants house, I thought it was a giant at first, but soon afterwards, I figured out that Nim is a pixie, small sized, and the so called giants, are normal sized like us, so in fact they aren't really giants, Nim is just a pixie, a mini humanoid, but hey I liked how you fooled me as I explained above, nice trick.
Great job on your movie, I really enjoyed watching it, it was touching and beautiful, I'm glad I found it and took the opportunity, thank you.
