it was great .
i liked all the kindness in this movie. i don't always like brutality and blood-shed. I've gotta say. this is a story that all bad-hearted people would like.

Awesome
This movie is fantastic, it really pushes the boundaries of what can be done in flash. I like the whole story and the art and how it works with the animation is so great. Really really impressive. Great job. I really don't know what else to say other than to praise you, I just really enjoyed watching this movie, especially in the midst of the usual low rate movies that are submitted and even next to the awesome action packed flashes, this is a sweet relief.
Pretty piece with a great mood
This is adorable! Nim himself reminds me of a Moomin! The mood is relaxing and calm and its a very chilled out cute piece. The whole thing reminds me short films in the vein of 'the snowman'. Definitly a mood lifter. Graphics wise, some scenes have had more effort put into them than others, Nim himself could do with more attention but overall the detail is outstanding. The language thing was not a problem for me, i felt that it added to the mood. My major critism is that it ended abruptly, i didn't really expect it to end. Although there is no main story, (and I do like the way that it is more of a general, 'this is nim, this is his life' than an actual story) I don't think that was a good place to end. Overall though, very sweet, very calming and very nordic :)
Another classic
This is definately a favourite of mine on Newgrounds. Ola Bergner is a truly accomplished artist and animator, and this story brings a smile to my face every time. I'm very much looking forward to the forthcoming "Nim's Journey". Excellent work!

This is a fantastic work of art. You should be very proud of it. I loved your backgrounds... that sunrise was beautiful. I also loved the part when he got the big bowl of food, that little guy got a good meal! Very nice. 5.
