Life Like
Well it's pretty clear to some people who are in the fleid of digital anmation to know that this was something done by a student or a former student. The animation is VERY adveced to the point that eveyrthing looked very 2D giving of a little real look to it. It also look like the program 3D MAX might have been used in this. But this was very well done.
Really a genuine great 'toon
The music was entrancing, the voices were ok, even if I didn't understand the words, and the drawings/graphics were gooood. My only complaint (and a minor one at that) was- why did Nim look so much like Charlie Brown? But seriously, keep up the great work.
I don't write reviews often, but...
This flash is so good that it deserves one. Simply said, the environmental effects in this movie are probably the best I've seen in flash (how did you get the snow to look so real?). The story as well was very original and uplifting. This is really unlike most of the other stuff that gets uploaded to newgrounds regularly, which is amazing because I've really grown tired of seeing stick men beat each other up. Overall excellent work. Some advice I would give to you would be that if there are any amateur animation festivals or competitions near where you live I would definately not hesitate to enter this work of art.
