Innaccurate, slanderous, but funny..
Content wise i might be offended by it, but humor is all about laughing at people anyway, even ourselves. It WAS pretty funny, hehe, balls.. ;D
Amphetamine_Logic is somewhat correct, its more of a neural-stimulus overload that indeed becomes much more difficult to control with strong emotional reactions. Though the degree's of control vary from person to person from complete to non-existent, and even when "bored" they may still tick significantly.
Better than i expected
This movie was better than I expected it would be. The tourette's joke would be lame if there wasn't more to it, which there was thankfully. Animation isn't that great, but it's forgivable

Really, whats wrong with him? Why can you see him though the sofa? Why did the copter ram his house instead of landing next to it? WHY?!? Funny flash, looking forward to more of your work.
