Tourette is NOT when people randomly swear. It is a side effect common with Tourette called Copperlalia. Tourette is where neuro signals are transmitted incorrectly to different muscles making it a nervous system disorder, not a mental disorder. Having Tourette, I still find this somewhat funny, but completely blown out of proportion.
