You got pretty much everything, except for those people that hold conversations in stalls with the person outside the stall.
Funny but true...
The truth has been revileed! Gape at the horrors of public restrooms! One thing you could add is the 'No flush', a stall where either the toilets broken, clogged with God knows what, or some jerk thinks he's too good for touching the handle to flush.
