U forgot somethign
U no sitting on the bathroom stall toilet seats is pretty nasty. The trick is to hover ur butt over the toilet and do ur buisness. U keep ur cheeks clean and get a good quad workout. NEVER SIT ON THE TOILET SEAT!

Although, you could add that if you're doing the #2 in the stall, and some person enters the stall next to you, you'd develop the anxiety and caution to make any *ahem* loud noises when doing your business.
