know what i hate? those friggin plastic covered toilet seats with the rotating thing, because it reminds you that someone else has had their dirty butt all over it and they are usually in airports so they stick to your sweaty airplane butt.

To be honest, I totally agree with you...all those issues are troublesome when all you want to do is take a quick piss before getting on with your life. A two-minute venture could turn out to take 5-10 minutes with all of the setbacks - sink not working right, so you have to find another one, and so on. That's in all bathrooms, not just the mens room.
If I have to go, I usually go to either or, depending on which one is closest.
